Bookings
To make a Group Booking (La Valla & Le Rosey) could you:
- Read the Terms, conditions & information booking sheet.
- Complete the Booking Enquiry Form and email/fax to bookings@thehermitage.org.au
- On receipt of your enquiry we will be in contact to confirm your booking.
- Once confirmed could you allocate your group to rooms on the following guest list and email it to bookings@thehermitage.org.au 10 days prior to arrival.
- Click here to download the room layout for the Upstairs Bedroom Suites and/or the Marcellin Wing Suites
To make a Personal Booking (Guest Cottages) could you:
- Read the Terms, conditions & information booking sheet.
- Complete the Booking Enquiry Form and email it to bookings@thehermitage.org.au
- On receipt of this enquiry we will be in contact to confirm your booking.
When making a booking enquiry, please be ready to provide the following information:
Group information including
- Group/ name
- Address
- Arrival date
- Arrival time/first meal
- Departure date
- Departure time/last meal
- Purpose
- Numbers: male/female
- Special requirements/requests such as diet and/or 'wine tasting' ....

- Phone number
- Fax number
